Bootcamp: group physical training programs designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals in a 60 minute period of time. This allows you to work your own level and pace while being pushed to reach your personal goals.
Cardio Combat Kickboxing: 55 minutes class with high energy martial arts inspired moves. This class will test your agility, stability, and coordination while shaping, toning and burning calories. It combines karate, taekwondo, tai chi, muay thai, boxing, and strength training to improve your cardiovascular and strength condition.
Cardio Strength: resistance workout focusing on low weight loads and high reps while burning fat, gaining strength, and producing lean body muscle conditioning all to motivational music.
Piloxing: a cardio-fusion class of standing pilates, boxing and dance. This class will help strengthen core and sculpt and elongate muscles.
Senior Fit: group exercise class designed to help seniors and older adults maintain their cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility.
Step/Strength: 30 minutes of exercises designed to improve the cardiovascular system which consists of stepping on and off a step with high energy routines. Also includes 25 minutes of strength training exercises specializing in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds strength, anaerobic endurance and size of muscles.

Beginner Yoga: allows you to improve your balance, flexibility, and overall well-being. Intermediate and advances clients are welcome.
Stretch/Role: by performing self-myofascial release techniques on a foam roller you can improve flexibility, function, performance, and reduce injuries. Using your own body weight to roll on the foam roller, massaging away restrictions to normal soft tissue extensibility. Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon is deliberately flexed or stretched in order to improve the muscle’s felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion.
